Keep your hosting business moving without opening a laptop.
Read conversations, reply with your signature, use predefined replies, share attachments and add internal notes. Update ticket statuses and find the tickets that need you.
View and update customers, manage orders, invoices and quotes, and check services and domains. Dashboard totals and charts give you a quick view of activity.
Configurable push alerts for ticket activity, flagged tickets, new and fraud orders, paid invoices and failed domain registration, transfer or renewal.
The app connects directly to your WHMCS installation through the companion addon. Your ticket conversations and replies do not pass through WHMCSnow’s notification relay.
Ticket conversations stay on your WHMCS server. Notification text and device tokens are forwarded to Apple without being saved by WHMCSnow. Only short-lived, hashed delivery receipts are kept to prevent duplicate sends. Read the WHMCS Go privacy policy.
Add the companion module to your WHMCS website and activate your licence or eligible 30-day trial. No WHMCS core-file changes.
Sign in to WHMCS as an authorised administrator, open WHMCS Go and scan the pairing QR code in the iPhone app.
Allow notifications, choose your events and templates, and get started. Use light mode, dark mode or your system appearance.
The iPhone app works with a licensed WHMCS Go companion addon on your WHMCS installation. An eligible 30-day trial gives you time to try it with your own setup.
